Weston F.C Development currently serves players with birth years of 2011 - 2017.
Weston F.C.D is the next level of player development in Weston. The goal is to develop a competitive culture by improving players technical skillset and tactical understanding of the game. In order to partake in WFC, players will be held to higher standards in regard to commitment, attitude, respect, and playing ability. If players are unable to meet the expectations of the WFC player code of conduct, then the WFC may not be the proper fit for them.
Spring 2025 Weston F.C Details:
Weston F.C.D is complimentary to the BAYS and Sunday Gameday programs offered by Weston Soccer Club. In order to play, players must also play BAYS Soccer or Sunday Gameday.
Training Schedule:
- Sundays (8 weeks) 4/13, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 6/1, 6/8, 6/15
10:15 – 11:30 at Field School

- Always behave with decency and respect towards your teammates, coaching staff, opposition and referees.
- When a coach is speaking you listen and focus.
- Respect difference and diversity.
- Always do your best.
- Communicate effectively. Always let your coaching staff know if you will be absent.
- Be punctual.
- Be a student of the game. Have a willingness to want to learn and get better.
- Be proud of yourself, your team, and your town.
